Clear answers before your first order.
Practical guidance for international buyers exploring Brazilian artisan sourcing.
Who can buy through Atacado Artesanato?
The platform is designed primarily for retailers, concept stores, distributors, brands, hotels, architects, designers and other professional buyers.
Do you sell directly to consumers?
Our main activity is wholesale. Sample purchases or selected direct orders may be enabled for specific products, but the standard process begins with a professional enquiry or quotation.
Are minimum order quantities fixed?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, workshop, material and production method. The applicable MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.
Can I combine products from different artisans?
Where operationally possible, Mileva Internacional can coordinate products from several makers and consolidate them into one commercial project or shipment.
Can products be customized or privately labelled?
Selected products may support changes to colour, finish, packaging, labelling or design details. Feasibility, development costs and minimum quantities are reviewed project by project.
Can I order samples before production?
Samples may be available or produced on request. Sample prices, shipping costs and lead times are confirmed before payment.
How are wholesale prices calculated?
Prices depend on the product, quantity, material, customization, packaging, currency and commercial conditions. A quotation confirms the applicable price and validity period.
How long does production take?
Lead times vary according to the artisan, material, order volume and time of year. Production starts only after the agreed approval and payment conditions are met.
Do you ship worldwide?
International projects are assessed according to destination, products, volumes, customs requirements and available logistics options. The applicable shipping terms are stated in the quotation.
Who handles import duties and local taxes?
Unless the quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import licences, customs clearance, duties, taxes and local regulatory requirements in the destination country.
How are damaged or non-conforming goods handled?
The buyer should document visible damage, shortages or non-conformity promptly and follow the Returns, Damage and Claims Policy and the specific terms of the accepted quotation.
Which languages does your team speak?
Our team supports buyers and partners in English, Portuguese, French, Spanish and Russian.
